With four unique locations in the center of Amsterdam, Amerpodia offers the perfect spaces to organize a customized business conference or congress. Whether you are organizing a conference for 80 or 1000 guests, we have a suitable space. At each location, we have various breakout options with possibilities to place promotional stands and booths. Expecting international guests? We cooperate with hotels within walking distance of the locations and can easily and quickly arrange overnight stays for your guests.

From concept to implementation
All our locations are suited for conferences and conventions. With a home base in the heart of Amsterdam, we offer both a historic and beautiful view over the canals and the latest technical facilities. Ready for a conference with impact? Take advantage of our full-service arrangements. On request, we plan the conference up to the stay of (international) guests.
Tailor-made catering
With chef Henri Musch as a permanent face in the Amerpodia catering team, we guarantee the most delicious dishes during the conference. We have several options with our lunch buffet. Consider a seasonal vegetable soup, grilled chicken skewers or vegetarian / beef mini burgers. A personalized catering concept is of course possible. Need some food inspiration?
An example of the day
To give some understanding of what a conference at Amerpodia could look like, we have drawn up a fictional arrangement with 80 guests. Prices start from € 70 per person in this package.
Course of the day:
- Coffee, fresh mint, ginger and lemon tea and a Tiny Tony chocolate will be served at 08:30.
- The intermission starts at 10:30 am. There are different flavors of brownies, muffins and bars
- At 1:00 PM it is time for lunch which consists of:
- Freshly baked bread & crackers with meat, fish and vegetarian fillings
- Small meal salad
- Fresh seasonal fruit salad
- Shell fruit juices
- There is an afternoon break with coffee, tea and an assortment of biscuits at around 3:30 PM
- We close the day at 5:00 PM
